Downloading from IDM is also faster compare to normal download.

Follow the given steps to download facebook videos with IDM

• Login into your Facebook Account and open video which you want to download
• In address bar your URL will be www.facebook.com change it into mobile version by replacing "m" in place of www like this m.facebook.com and hit enter
• Play the video after opening mobile version of Facebook
• After start playing video right click on the video and click Copy video URL
• Make sure you play video before you right-click on it otherwise you won't be able to see copy video URL option.
• Open IDM and you will see ADD URL option click on it and paste the video URL which you had copied.
• Click OK and start download
